CryoFreeze Sports Recovery — Weekly Report — Aug 24–30, 2026

CryoFreeze Sports Recovery Center — Weekly Report

Monday, Aug 24 – Sunday, Aug 30, 2026  ·  compared to Aug 17–23  ·  Saint John, IN

The week in one line: Instagram had its strongest week in over a month — reach up 165% and shares up 403% — and the CRM took 3 free-session bookings, the best week in five. Those bookings came from organic and direct, not from paid: the ad account spent $5.00 and produced zero leads.

Patrick FitzmauriceSun Aug 30Booked — Free or ResetThe 10 Day Reset — First Session Booking

All three entered directly at Booked — Free or Reset in the Conversion pipeline, are still open, and have no owner assigned. Prior week: 1 booking (Trisha Finley, source “Directory”).

Two of three bookings have no source recorded

The CRM can tell us these people booked. It cannot tell us what made them book. Two of the three rows have a blank source field, so any channel-level “this ad produced this booking” claim would be a guess.

Fix: put a required “How did you hear about us?” field on the booking form, and make sure the Facebook/Instagram booking paths carry a tracking parameter into GoHighLevel. Until that’s in place, treat channel attribution in this report as directional only.

Prior week: $44.23 · 2,224 impressions · 101 clicks · 4.54% CTR · 0 leads · 4 days live. Cost per click improved slightly ($0.44 → $0.38), which is the only genuine paid win on the board.

The ad account is not set up to generate bookings right now

Both live campaigns are awareness objectives — one promotes the Facebook Page, one drives messages. Neither is a lead or booking campaign, and the Facebook lead-form connector returned zero submissions for both weeks. That’s not an ad underperforming; that’s no lead machine being switched on.

At $5.00 of spend the week, the account is effectively idle. The honest read: the three bookings this week were earned by the content and the room, not bought. That’s a good problem — it means the organic engine works and paid is untapped headroom, not a hole.

Recommendation: stand up one conversion campaign pointed at the free-session booking form, with a lead form or direct booking link, and a floor of $25–35/day so the platform has enough signal to learn. Below roughly $20/day Meta cannot optimize and the spend is close to wasted.

Engagement rate dipped because reach grew faster than engagement — normal when reels push content to people who don’t follow you yet. More strangers saw you, and slightly fewer of them reacted. That is the trade you want at this stage.

Read it this way: the two reels with a specific number or a real local name in them — “$20 Student Cryo” and Coach Gardner — pulled 57% of the week’s total reach between them. The Pittstop Strength post had the highest engagement rate of anything you published (11% of the people who saw it interacted), and it’s the one that names a real person and hands over something concrete. Price, name, place. That’s the pattern.

Nine posts published on each platform. Page reach here includes anything the ads touched, so a good share of last week’s higher number was paid distribution that stopped on Aug 21 — the drop is smaller than it looks. Engagement rate held steady week over week (5.6% vs 5.5%), which says the audience didn’t cool off; the reach faucet just narrowed. Facebook is meaningfully behind Instagram for this audience — same content, roughly a quarter of the reach.

MetricValueWhere the number came from
Outbound calls this week
Who made them
Appointments booked outside GoHighLevel
Walk-ins / in-room sign-ups

GoHighLevel has no calls table, no activity table and no appointments table, so these four numbers can only come from you. Please note the source for each — a dialer export or a phone bill is worth reporting; a from-memory estimate three weeks running is worth dropping.

What to do next week

  1. Turn one paid campaign into a booking campaign. The account is currently buying page likes and messages. One conversion campaign pointed at the free-session booking form, $25–35/day, is the single highest-leverage change available — and it finally makes the paid number in this report mean something.
  2. Add a required source field to the booking form. Two of three bookings this week are untraceable. One form field ends that permanently and makes every future week’s report sharper.
  3. Assign an owner to every new opportunity. All three bookings are sitting unassigned in the pipeline. Nobody owns the follow-up, so nobody is accountable for the show rate.
  4. Make more of what worked. Reels carrying a specific price or a named local person — “$20 Student Cryo,” Coach Gardner, Pittstop Strength — drove most of the week’s reach and the best engagement. Two of those a week is a repeatable format, not a lucky hit.
  5. Move the “Showed” stage. Every opportunity in the CRM is stuck at Booked. Nothing has been marked as showed, qualified or won, so we currently cannot report a show rate or a close rate — which is the number that decides whether any of this is worth the spend.
Sources & method. All figures pulled via Windsor.ai on Aug 31, 2026 for the window Aug 24–30, 2026, compared against Aug 17–23, 2026. Meta Ads: account 1142807060984031 (Quiroz Fam). GoHighLevel: sub-account KPZjXO1bQXX2adum9I39 (CryoFreeze), Conversion (Free Session / Reset) pipeline. Facebook Page & Facebook Lead Ads: 406432396601884. Instagram: 17841413206182170 (@cryofreezee).

Known limits. Instagram profile link taps returned zero for all seven days and are treated as unavailable rather than genuinely zero. “New followers” is a gross daily count and does not subtract unfollows, so it cannot be used to derive a prior-week follower total; the 487 figure is Instagram’s point-in-time count on the pull date. Facebook Page reach and impressions include paid distribution and cannot be split organic-only at the page level. Channel attribution for bookings is unreliable this week — two of three records have no source. GoHighLevel exposes no calls, activity or appointments tables, so anything in the club-reported block above is self-reported.
